What will the company be called?

Desired company name *

Exactly as it should appear. Georgia requires a designator: "LLC", "L.L.C.", "Limited Liability Company", or "Limited Company". We will check availability before filing.

First backup name *

Georgia rejects names that conflict with an existing entity. Two backups mean we file once instead of starting over.

Second backup name *

Only if you already reserved the name with the Secretary of State. Leave blank if you have not, which is usual.

This must be a physical street address in Georgia. A PO box or mail drop will not be accepted, and it is the single most common reason a filing bounces.

Registered agent

Georgia requires every LLC to name an agent who receives legal notices for the company. Most clients let us do it.

Who is organizing the company?

The organizer signs the Articles of Organization. This can be you, a member, a manager, or the firm acting as attorney-in-fact.
